Ella worked with our son Matthew for a year. He started off shy and hesitant and by the end of our time he would run in her office.

Ella is fun, creative, hard working and dedicated to meeting her clients and families where they are at. We saw concrete results of her efforts. Matthew went from unintelligible, non directional stories to speaking confidently in class and at home. It is such a gift to know what our son wants and understand how he feels because he can now tell us.
